How do I return an item?
We are sorry that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.Please contact us at YOUNGYANSKINCARE@outlook.com and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return so that we can provide you with the UK return address.We do not charge any handling fees for returns. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
What is the returns policy?
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and unopened, and all original packaging must be intact and in saleable condition.Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you used a free shipping or shipping promotion code on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All promotional items and any opened packages are not eligible for return.
Orders placed with a discount code can be returned for a refund, provided that the products are unopened and returned within 14 days of receipt. This excludes sale items and special holiday promotions.
 
Once our customer service team has received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed. This usually takes approximately 3–5 working days.
Because the returns and refund process can take some time, we sincerely hope you will consider carefully before returning the products, as we do not wish to delay you unnecessarily.
Faulty or damaged items
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please email YOUNGYANSKINCARE@outlook.com with your order number, the product name or code, and clear photos of the fault. Once we confirm that the item is defective, we will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund, subject to stock availability.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations can be processed from Monday to Friday only, and must be requested within 24 hours of payment.If you wish to cancel your order.
Please email YOUNGYANSKINCARE@outlook.com with your order number within 24 hours of completing payment.
If the 24 hour period has passed and the goods have already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
